New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Chestnuts) Order 1997 (SR 1997/24) Note This order is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture. PURSUANT to section 24 of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order. Contents 1 Title and commencement 2 Chestnuts defined 3 Chestnuts declared a prescribed product 4 Chestnuts to be subject to export licensing 5 Product group recognised for chestnuts 1 Title and commencement • (1) This order may be cited as the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority (Chestnuts) Order 1997.
