Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks) Marine Reserve created Schedule Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks) Marine Reserve Order 1 Title This order is the Marine Reserve (Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks)) Order 2006. 2 Commencement This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. 3 Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks) Marine Reserve created The area described in the Schedule is declared to be a marine reserve to be known as Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks) Marine Reserve. Schedule cl 3 Te Paepae o Aotea (Volkner Rocks) Marine Reserve That area (within the meaning of the Marine Reserves Act 1971) comprising 1 267.24 hectares shown marked "Sec 1" on SO Plan 353908.
