Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Catches) Amendment Notice 2006 Pursuant to section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, after having regard to the matters specified in that section, gives the following notice. Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 Principal notice amended 4 Schedule amended Notice 1 Title This notice is the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Catches) Amendment Notice 2006. 2 Commencement This notice comes into force on 1 April 2006. 3 Principal notice amended This notice amends the Fisheries (Rock Lobster Total Allowable Catches) Notice 1999. 4 Schedule amended The third column of the Schedule is amended by (a) omitting "114.886" and substituting "140.200"; and (b) omitting "690.370" and substituting "842.200".
