EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE OUTER LIMIT NOTICE 2013 No. 2013/20 MA RITIME EXCLUSIVE ECO NOM IC ZO NE O UTE R LIMIT NOTICE 2013 No. 2013/2D NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cabinet, acting under section 12 of the Maritime Zones Act 2013. has declared in Part I of the Schedule the outer limit of the exclusive economic zone of Niue. G uide to reading Part I of the Schedule In the tables in Part loft e.,scheduJe: (a) lines are generated by derence to points; (b) the fi rst column sets out the point identifier; (c) the second and third colwnns set out the geographic coordinates for each point; and (d) the fourth colunm sets out the followi ng information about the point: (i) a treaty reference point. which is a reference to how the point is referred to in a treaty (for the relevant treaty fo r a point, see clause 2); (ii) a provisional status (P), \ .... here. subject to final delimitation, an interim point creat ing a provisional median line has been used without prejudice to any future delimitation; or (iii) 200 nm, where the exclusive economic zone is adjacent to the high seas.
