Domestic Fishing Amendment Regulations 2015 No. 2015/01 Contents Title Commencement Principal regulations amended Regulation 3(2) amended (Prohibited fish exports) WN ee Pursuant to sections 11 and 28 of the Domestic Fishing Act 1995, Cabinet makes the following regulations— 1 Title These regulations are the Domestic Fishing Amendment Regulations 2015. 2 Commencement These Regulations come into force on the day after the date on which these regulations are made in accordance with Article 13 of the Constitution. 2 Principal regulations amended These regulations amend the Domestic Fishing Regulations 1996. 4 Regulation 3(2) amended (Prohibited fish exports) Regulation 3(2) is revoked and the following regulation substituted: “(2) No person may export or facilitate the export from Niue of the Uga (Birgus Latro) in any form, whether in whole or in part, without the written approval of Cabinet.” Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers at the Cabinet Chambers, Fale Fono, Alofi, this 26" dayof Febuary 2015.
