REPUBLIC OF NAURU Statute Law Revision Act 2011 Act No. 8 of 2011 An Act to revise the statute law of Nauru Certified on 15 April 2011 Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows: PART 1 – PRELIMINARY MATTERS 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 2011. 2 Commencement (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day it receives the certificate of the Speaker under Article 47.
