The Veterinary Surgeons Act Cap. V3, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (in Amendment of this Act referred to as "the Principal Act") is amended as set out in this Act Cap. V3, LFN, :i.004 2. Section 2 (1) of the Principal Act is amended by - Amendment of section 2 (1) (a) deleting paragraph (e); and \ (b) re-numbering the paragraph appropriately, 3. Section 15 (4) of the Principal Act is amended by substituting for the expression, Amendment of "Nl,000", the expression, "Nl00,000". · section 15 {4) 4.
