LAND ADMINISTRATION FEES (AMENDMENT) ACT 2014 LAEN ADMINESTRIESHAN FII (CHIENJEN) AEKT 2014 Act No. 9 of 2014 An Act to amend the application of registration fees under the Land Administration Fees Act 1996. [Assented to 2 September 2014] 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Land Administration Fees (Amendment) Act 2014. 2. Commencement This Act commences upon notice of assent being published in the Gazette. 3. Principal Act In this Act the Land Administration Fees Act 1996 is called the principal Act. 4. Amendment of principal Act The principal Act is amended as follows (a) Repeal subsection 4(8); (b) Insert new section “6B. Registration fee A fee of 3.3 fee units is payable in respect of the registration of an instrument other than an instrument referred to in subsections 4(1) and 4(7) and in section 6 except paragraph (f).”.
