N$2.80 WINDHOEK - 2 February 2004 No.3141 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA MINISTRY OF FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES No. 11 2004 Designation of Persons to Perform Certain Functions in Terms of the Inland Fisheries Resources Act, 2003 Under section 1(2) of the Inland Fisheries Resources Act, 2003 (Act No. 1 of 2003), I designate the officer stipulated in column 1 of the Schedule of the regional council listed in column 2, to perform the functions mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule.
