(A) 363 AKTA PEMULIHARAAN HIDUPAN LIAR 2010 PERINTAH PEMULIHARAAN HIDUPAN LIAR (KUOTA LESEN) 2013 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 35(e) Akta Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar 2010 [Akta 716], Ketua Pengarah, dengan kelulusan Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama 1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar (Kuota Lesen) 2013. Kuota Lesen 2. Bagi maksud seksyen 9 Akta, kuota lesen bagi setiap jenis burung liar yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual bagi Negeri yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) adalah seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). (A) 363 WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 2010 WILDLIFE CONSERVATION (QUOTA OF LICENCE) ORDER 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(e) of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716] , the Director General, with the approval of the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Quota of Licence) Order 2013. Quota of Licence 2. For the purpose of section 9 of the Act, the quota of licence for each type of wild birds stated in column (1) of the Schedule for the States stated in column (2) is as stated in column (3). (1) Type of Wild Bird Type of protected wild bird ( a) Common Shama - Copsychus malabricus (b) Oriental White-eye - Zosterops palpebrose Revocation SCHEDULE (2) States Johore Kelantan Pahang Perak Terengganu Kedah Negeri Sembilan Selangor Malacca Perlis Penang (3) Quota of Licence 150 150 150 150 150 75 75 75 30 30 30 3. The Wildlife Conservation (Quota of Licence) Order 1988 [P.U.
