(A) 14 AKTA PEMULIHARAAN HIDUPAN LIAR 2010 PERINTAH PEMULIHARAAN HIDUPAN LIAR (PENGECUALIAN) 2019 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 133 Akta Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar 2010 [Akta 716], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama 1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar (Pengecualian) 2019. Pengecualian 2. Menteri mengecualikan mana-mana syarikat yang berdaftar di bawah Bahagian Regulatori Farmasi Negara daripada seksyen 117 Akta berhubung dengan penyimpanan, penjualan, pembelian, pengimportan dan pengeksportan bahagian atau terbitan spesies yang dikawal iaitu cervus elaphus (European Red Deer). (A) 14 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Exemption) Order 2019. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts any company registered under the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency from section 117 of the Act in relation to the keeping, selling, purchasing, importation and exportation part or derivative of the controlled species namely cervus e/aphus (European Red Deer).
