Sustainable Energy Development Authority (Amendment) 3 LAWS OF MALAYSIA Act A1690 SUSTAINABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2023 An Act to amend the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011. [ ] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2023. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette. Amendment of section 1 2. The Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011 [Act 726] is amended in section 1 by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection: “(3) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, suspend the operation of the whole or any of the provisions of this Act in different parts of Malaysia.”.
