No. 12 of 1996 An Enactment to amend the Sabah Forestry Development Authority Enactment 1981. ENACTED by the Legislature of the State of Sabah as follows: 1. This Enactment may be cited as the Sabah Forestry ~rt title Development Authority (Amendment) Enactment 1996 and shall ccmmence come into operation on the date of its publication in the Gazette. ment. 114 Amendment of section 2 No.24of 1981. Amendment of section 4(1). No. 12 of 1996 Sabah Forestry Development Authority 2. Section 2 of the Sabah Forestry Development Authority Enactment 1981, which in this Enactment is referred to as "the principal Enactment", is amended by substituting for the definition of "Minister" the following: "Minister" means the Minister for the time being charged with responsibility for matters relating to the Authority;". 3. Subsection (1) of section 4 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for paragraph ( c) thereof the following: " ( c) three ex-officio members, who shall be persons for the time being holding the offices of the Secretary of Natural Resources, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry charged with responsibility for matters relat ing to the Authority and the Director of Forestry;".
