PLANT QUARANTINE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2005 PU(A) 381/2005 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Plant Quarantine Act 1976 [Act 167], the Minister makes the following regulations: 6 October 2005 1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Plant Quarantine (Amendment) Regulations 2005. 2. Amendment of Fifth Schedule The Plant Quarantine Regulations 1981 [P.U. (A) 74/1981] are amended in the Fifth Schedule: (a) under the heading "LAND", by inserting after item 14 the following items: "15. Bukit Bunga. 16. Wang Kelian."; and (b) under the heading "SEA", by inserting after item 22 the following items: "23. Kemaman Port. 24. Teluk Ramunia Jetty. 25. Port Dickson. 26. Batu Pahat Port. 27. Kuala Linggi Jetty. 28. Tanjung Belungkor Port. 29. Tanjung Lembung Port. 30. Kuah Jetty. 31. Kuala Perlis Jetty. 32. Kukup Jetty. 33. Stulang Laut Jetty. 34. Sungai Rambai Jetty. 35. Muar Port.".
