MALAYSIAN RUBBER BOARD (CESS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2003 PU(A) 66/2003 Jil. 47 No. 5 27hb Februari 2003 TAMBAHAN No. 23 PERUNDANGAN (A) In force from: 27 February 2003 PREAMBLE IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Malaysian Rubber Board (Incorporation) Act 1996 [Act 551], the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, makes the following order: 1. Citation, commencement and application. (1) This order may be cited as the Malaysian Rubber Board (Cess) (Amendment) Order 2003. (2) This Order comes into operation on 27 February 2003. (3) This Order shall apply only to Peninsular Malaysia. 2. Amendment of Schedule. The Malaysian Rubber Board (Cess) Order 1999 [P.U. (A) 309/1999] is amended in the Schedule by inserting after item 43 and the particulars relating to the item the following particulars: (1) (2) (3) (4) No. HarmonisedDescription Rate of System Code of Rubber (% of the Number Products export value) "44. 8437.90 910 Rubber rollers 0.2% 45. 9018.39 000 Catheters, cannulae and 0.2% the like, of rubber, used in medical, surgical, dental or veterinary sciences ".
