XLVI] No. S 5 SABAH, MALAYSIA Warta Kerajaan Tambahan Kedua Diterbitkan dengan Kuasa KOTA KINABALU, KHAMIS, 1000S 1991 [No. AGC. 1981 THE FOREST ENACTMENT, 1968 (Enactment No. 2 of 1968) THE FOREST RULES, 1969 lMPOSIDON OF SPECIAL CHARGE UNDER RULE 12(3) In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Rule 12(3) of the Forest Rules, 1969 the Director of Forestry, with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby imposes with effect from 1st January, 1969 a special charge [No. S 5 known as "nett proceeds" to be paid into the Land Alienation Deposit Account established under section 9 of the Financial Procedure Act, 1957 at such rate as Act 6 L may be specified in the licence or licence agreement in addition to royalty for the right to take forest produce under such licence or licence agreement issued under the Forest Enactment, 1968.
