STATE OF SABAH I assent, TlJN DATIJK SERI PANGLIMA HAJI SAKARAN BIN DANDAI, Yang di-Pertua Negeri. 28TH AUGUST, 1996. No. 11 of 1996 An Enactment to amend the Forests (Constitution of Forest Reserves and Amendment) Enactment 1984. ENACTED by the Legislature of the State of Sabah as fo1lows: 1. This Enactment may be cited as the Forests (Constitution short title of Forest Reserves and Amendment) (Amendment) Enactment and 1996 and shall come into operation on the date of its publication in =.ence the Gazette. 110 Amendment of Schedule. Enactment No.4of 1984. No. 11 of 1996 Forest (Constitution of Forest Reserve and Amendment) (Amendment) 2. The Schedule to the Forests (Constitution of Forest Re serves and Amendment) Enactment 1984 is amended ( a) undertheheading "PROTECTIONFOREST-CT..ASS l" (i) by deleting the Forest Reserve "39. Banggi" and the particulars relating thereto; and (ii) by substituting "283376" for "294582" as the total area thereunder; (b) undertheheading"COMMERCJALFOREST-CLASSII'' (i) by inserting in the appropriate columns immedi ately after the Forest Reserve "37. Kalabakan" and the particulars relating thereto, the following Forest Reserve and the particulars relating thereto: "Name of Forest Reserve F.D. MapNo. L.S. Plan No. Approximate Area (Hectares) 38. Banggi (ii) 2/lB 99194697 11206 "; and by substituting "2743959" for "2732753" as the total area thereunder; and ( c) under the heading "SUMMARY" (i) by substituting "283376" for "294582" appearing in the last column against "Qass I"; and (ii) by substituting "2743959" for "2732753ft appear ing in the last column against "Class II".
