Amendrr.ent of Sc:;;IilJn :..!. 1'fo. 4 of 1984 Forests (Amendmem) 2 .. (]) There shall be constituted the several Forest Reserves specified in the Schedule hereto. (2) The situation and exteat of the Forett Reserves are shown and delineated on the maps and plans specified in the respective columns in the Schedule hereto and on Plan No. 99194657 deposited in the office of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, the Secretary of Natural Resources and the Conservator of Forests. (3) The rights and privileges and condition gove1 iing any of the Forest Reserves and existing at the time this Enactment comes into operation shall cor?.tinue and shall be deemed to be cm:ceded or stated as the case may be under section I 2 of the F crests Enactment. 1968 (hereinafter referred to as ''the Principal Enact·nent"). (4) Th~ provisions of the Principal Enactment shall apply to the Forest Reserves hereby constituted in the same manner and to the same extent as Forest Rese 0ves consti tuted under section 12 of the Principal Enactment. (5) Any Forest Reserve previously constituted and not included in tJ,e Schedule hereto shall cease to be Forest Reserve from the date of operation of this Enactment. 3. The Principal Enactment is fl!reby amended by the repeal of section 22 and the substitution therefor of the following ;~~~!notto 22. No Forest Reserve shall cease to be a Forest : 3 :'.,.c~~e~~ Reserve or anv portion thereof shall be excised from such Resep/e except by Enactment or ex~ept where it is required for conversion to a Park, a Game Sanctuary or a Bird Sanctuary u: der the law for the time being in force relating thereto·•.
