IV/(43) THE FOREST ENACTMENT, 1968 (Enactment No. 2 of 1968) THE FOREST (AMENDMENT) (NO. 4) RULES, 1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Forest Enactment, 1968, the Chief Minister has made the following Rules: 1. These Rules may be cited as the Forest (Amendment) (No. 4) Rules, 1993 shall be read as one with the Forest Rules, 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Rules") and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st June, 1993.
