(A) 11 AKTA MAKANAN 1983 PERATURAN-PERATURAN MAKANAN (PINDAAN) 2019 PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 34 Akta Makanan 1983 [Akta 281], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama 1. Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Makanan (Pindaan) 2019. Pindaan peraturan 386A 2. Peraturan-Peraturan Makanan 19135 [P.U. {A) 437/1 985] dipinda dalam subperaturan 386A(l) dengan menggantikan perenggan (a) dengan perenggan yang berikut: "(a) hendaklah mengandungi satu jenis spirit atau leb ih;". (A) 11 FOOD AtCT 1983 FOOD (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2019 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment) Regulations 2019. Amendment of regulation 386A 2. The Food Regulations 1985 [P.U. {A) 437/1985] are amended in subregulation 386A(l) by substituting for paragraph (a) the following paragraph: "(a) shall contain one or more types of spirits;".
