FISHERIES (QUALITY CONTROL OF FISH FOR EXPORT TO THE EUROPEAN UNION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2010 PU(A) 097/2010 5 April 2010 IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 61(ah) of the Fisheries Act 1985[Act 317], the Minister makes the following regulations: 1. Citation These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Quality Control of Fish for Export to the European Union) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. 2. Amendment of regulation 3 The Fisheries (Quality Control of Fish for Export to the European Union) Regulations 2009[P.U. (A) 91/2009], which are referred to as the "principal Regulations" in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 3 by inserting after the words "owner of any" the words "local fishing vessel or". 3. Amendment of regulation 4 Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the words "culture system" the words "local fishing vessel or culture system,". 4. Amendment of regulation 5 Subregulation 5(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the words "owner of such" the words "local fishing vessel or". 5. Amendment of regulation 6 Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the words "owner of the" the words "local fishing vessel or". 6. Amendment of regulation 7 Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations is amended: (a) by inserting after the words "Any owner" the words "of the local fishing vessel or culture system"; and (b) by inserting a comma after the words "relating to any culture system". 7. Amendment of regulation 9 Regulation 9 of the principal Regulations is amended: (a) in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words "owner of" the words "local fishing vessel or"; and (b) by inserting after the words "owner of a" the words "local fishing vessel or".
