Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land (Amendment) Rules 2002 Pu(A) 374/2002 1. Citation. These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land (Amendment) Rules 2002. 2. Amendment of Schedule 23. The Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land Rules 1995 [P.U. (A) 26/95], which in these Rules are referred to as the "principal rules", are amended in Schedule 23 by inserting after item 73 the following item: "74.
