Exclusive Economic Zone (Amendment) Act 2006 ACT A1277 An Act to amend the Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1984. ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Date of Royal Assent: ...........29 December 2006 Date of publication in the Gazette: ..........31 December 2006 In force from: 1 May 2007 - [PU(B) 132/2007] 1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be cited as the Exclusive Economic Zone (Amendment) Act 2006. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette. 2. Amendment of section 3. The Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1984 [Act 311], is amended in section 3 by deleting subsection (3).
