PAKK::; MALA 'l'!';IA ORO£R 1994 IN cxc.rdsc: of che power$ conferred by subsecdon 41 (I) of the Fisheries Act 1985: the Miniscer makes the following order. l. This order rnay be cited as the Establishment of Marine. Parks Malaysia Order 1994 and shall come into force on the 15th Dccc.mber 1994. 2. (l) The islands specified in colµmn (I) of the First and Second Schedules sicuated in the states speci(ied in column (2) of the ,ame Schedules :lre established as manne parks and shall be known as Marine Parks Malaysia. (2) The limit of any area or part of an area established as a marine park shall be at a distance of cwo nautical miles seaward from the ou1trmos1 points of 1he islands specified in column (J) of the Firsr Schedule as measured at low water mark.
