ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (CONTROL OF POLLUTION FROM SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION AND LANDFILL) REGULATIONS 2009 - CORRIGENDUM PU(A) 270/2010 12 August 2010 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT 1974 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (CONTROL OF POLLUTION FROM SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION AND LANDFILL) REGULATIONS 2009 CORRIGENDUM INP.U. (A) 433 published on 10 December 2009: (a) in the national language text, substitute for: (i) the words "hendaklah mengendalikan" appearing in regulations 5 and 6 the words "hendaklah mereka bentuk dan mengendalikan"; (ii) the word "6" appearing in subregulation 14(1) the word "13"; (iii) the word "(xix)" appearing in lines 29 of the SECOND SCHEDULE the word "(xxix)"; (iv) the words ' "Petunjuk Perhitungan Terakhir" ' appearing in item 4 of the FOURTH SCHEDULE the words ' "Petunjuk Pembuangan Terakhir" '; and (b) in the English language text, substitute for: (i) the words "shall operate" appearing in regulations 5 and 6 the words "shall design and operate"; (ii) the word "6" appearing in subregulation 14(1) the word "13"; and (iii) the word "(xix)" appearing in lines 29 of the SECOND SCHEDULE the word "(xxix)".
