17th February, 2017 101 GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 12 PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2016 IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by Section SJ of the Pesticides Act, I, GEORGE CHAPONDA, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development, make the following regulations I. These regulations may be eited -as the Pesticides (Amendment) Citation Regulations, 20 I 6. • 2. The Twelfth Schedule to the Pesticides Regulations is hereby revoked and replaced with a new Schedule.
