GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 70 NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT (CAP.66:07) NATlONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (CONTROL OF TRADE IN LIVE ANIMALS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 87 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act, I, AGGREY MASI, Minister of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining, on the recommendation of the Board, make the following Regulations 1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife Citation (Control of Trade in Live Animals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. 2. The National Parks and Wildlife (Control of Trade in Live Animals) Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations" are amended, by revoking the First Schedule and replacing it with a new First Schedule, as follows "FIRST SCHEDULE NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT (CAP 66:07) Amendment of First Schedule to· Cap.66:07, sub. leg. p.41 NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE (CONTROL OF TRADE IN LIVE ANIMALS) REGULATIONS A LIVE ANIMAL DEALER'S PERMIT Name of Dealer. .............................................................................................. .
