Wastewater (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 GN No. 11 of 2016 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 8 of 30 January 2016 THE WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 25 and 47 of the Wastewater Management Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Wastewater (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2016. 2. In these regulations – “principal regulations” means the Wastewater (Fees) Regulations 2001. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2016. Made by the Minister on 15 January 2016.
