Waste Water (Miscellaneous Waste Water Services) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 GN No. 139 of 2019 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 90 of 29 August 2019 THE WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Waste Water (Miscellaneous Waste Water Services) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2019. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Waste Water (Miscellaneous Waste Water Services) (Fees) Regulations 2012. 3. The First Schedule of the principal regulations is amended by deleting item 4 and its corresponding entries. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 2019. Made by the Minister on 20 August 2019.
