Transcription and Mortgage (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations 2012 GN No. 174 of 2012 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 98 of 6 October 2012 THE TRANSCRIPTION AND MORTGAGE ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 64 of the Transcription and Mortgage Act 1 These regulations may be cited as the Transcription and Mortgage (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations — “Act” means the Transcription and Mortgage Act. 3. The Act is amended — (a) in the Fourth Schedule — (i) in items 1,4 and 5, by deleting the figure “200” and replacing it by the figure “300”; (ii) in item 6, by deleting the figure “100” wherever it appears and replacing it by the figure “150”; (iii) in item 7(a), by deleting the figure “100” and replacing it by the figure “150”; (iv) in items 7(b) and 8, by deleting the figure “1,000” and replacing it by the figure “1,500”; (b) in the Fifth Schedule, by deleting the figure “50” and replacing it by the figure “75”. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 15 October 2012. Made by the Minister on 3 October 2012.
