State Lands (Sale of State Lands) Regulations 2025 GN No. 5 of 2025 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 3 of 18 January 2025 THE STATE LANDS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 33 of the State Lands Act 1. These regulations maybe cited as the State Lands (Sale of State Lands) Regulations 2025. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the State Lands Act. 3. For the purpose of section 5(5) of the Act, the Minister may sell to such person who holds a building site lease over a plot of State land of an extent not exceeding 25 perches, other than Pas Géométriques, on which stands a residential unit, at the price of 2,000 rupees. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 9 January 2025. Made by the Minister on 9 January 2025.
