National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2007 GN No. 77 of 2007 THE NATIONAL HERITAGE FUND ACT 2003 Regulations made by the Minister under sections 12 and 23 of the National Heritage Fund Act 2003 1. These regulations may be cited as the National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2007. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the National Heritage Fund Act 2003. 3. For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the following monument is designated as national heritage "Pierre Tombale" of Père Gabriel Igou 4. The Schedule to the Act is amended under the sub-heading "PORT LOUIS DISTRICT", by adding immediately after item 45, the following new item 45A. "Pierre Tombale" of Père Gabriel Igou Made by the Minister, on recommendation of the Board, on 2nd May, 2007.
