National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2005 GN No. 197 of 2005 THE NATIONAL HERITAGE FUND ACT 2003 Regulations made by the Minister under sections 12 and 23 of the National Heritage Fund Act 2003 1. These regulations may be cited as the National Heritage Fund (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2005. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the National Heritage Fund Act 2003. 3. For the purposes of the Act, the following sites are designated as a national heritage (a) Gunpowder Magazine, Pointe Canon; and (b) Monument aux Esclaves, Pointe Canon. 4. The Schedule to the Act is amended under the sub-heading "GRAND PORT DISTRICT", by inserting (a) immediately after item 3, the following new item 3A Gunpowder Magazine, Pointe Canon; (b) immediately after item 6, the following new item 6A Monument aux Esclaves, Pointe Canon. Made by the Minister on 6th December, 2005.
