Morcellement (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2011 GN No. 56 of 2011 THE MORCELLEMENT ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 10(2) of the Morcellement Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Morcellement (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2011. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Morcellement Act. 3. The Second Schedule to the Act is revoked and replaced by the Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 19 March 2011. Made by the Minister on 11 March 2011. SCHEDULE [Regulation 3] SECOND SCHEDULE [Section 9] PART I Processing fee Rs (a) Where the morcellement is for residential, commercial or industrial purposes and (i) (ii) (iii) of 8,500 square metres or less over 8,500 square metres, but less than 21,000 square metres of 21,000 square metres or more 150 300 750 (b) Where the morcellement is for any other purpose 150 PART II Morcellement fee Rs (a) Where the morcellement is for residential, commercial or industrial purposes and 9.00 for every square metre of land or part thereof (b) where the morcellement is exclusively for agricultural purposes 3.75 for every square metre of land or part thereof
