Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (Registration of Person Making Contribution from Sale of Sugar on Local Market) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 GN No. 50 of 2014 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 29 of 27 March 2014 THE MAURITIUS CANE INDUSTRY AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 63 of the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (Registration of Person Making Contribution from Sale of Sugar on Local Market) (Amendment) Regulations 2014. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (Registration of Person Making Contribution from sale of Sugar on Local Market) Regulations 2012. 3. Regulation 4(a) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the figure “2.70” and replacing it by the figure “3.70”. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 25 March 2014. Made by the Minister on 25 March 2014.
