Local Government (Amendment of schedule) Regulations 2007 GN No. 109 of 2007 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 71 of 6 August 2007 THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 143 of the Local Government Act 2003 1. These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Amendment of schedule) Regulations 2007. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Local Government Act 2003. 3. The Act is amended in the Eighth Schedule, in Part I, by deleting the following item Dealer in old metals Made by the Minister on 6th August 2007.
