LEGAL SUEPLEMENT to the Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 19 of 22nd March, 1986 THE FORESTS AND RESERVES (Atv1ENDMENT) ACT 1986 Act No. 1 of 1986 21 March 1986. Section 1. Short titlo. 2. Interp1·etation. I assent, V. RINGADOO Goverllor-General ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS 3. Section 14 of the principal Act amended. 4; Section J 5 of the principal Act amended. An Act To amend the Forests and Reserves Act 1983 ENACTED by the Parliament of Mauritius, as follows 1. Short title. 1 This Act may be cited as the Forests and Reserves (Amendment) Act 1986. 2. Interpretation. In this Act " principal Act" means the Forests and Reserves Act 1983. 3. Section 14 of the principal Act amended. Section 14 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (h) and replacing it by the following paragraph ( h) damage or interfere in any way with a protected plant on any Crown land or reserve. 4. Section 15 of the principal Act amended. Section 15 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) (b) by deleting the figure "3 '' and replacing it by the figure "5 ''.
