Fisheries and Marine Resources (undersized Fish) Regulations 2006 GN No. 54 of 2006 THE FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 9(1) and 73 of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act 1998 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries and Marine Resources (undersized Fish) Regulations 2006. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act. 3. For the purpose of section 2 of the Act, fish of the species and size specified in the Schedule shall be undersized fish. 4. The Fisheries Regulations 1983 are amended by revoking regulation 7 and the Fifth Schedule. Made by the Minister on 9th May, 2006. Length measured from the tip of the umbo to the furthest point of the shell margin. 5. Length measured from the tip of mantle to the level of the eye (mantle length).
