LEGAL SUPPLEMENT to the Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 68 of 13 July 2004 Fisheries and Marine Resources (Amendment) Regulations 2004 GN No. 93 of 2004 THE FISHERIES AND MARINE RESOURCES ACT 1998 Regulations made by the Ministry under sections 23 and 73 of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Amendment) Regulations 2004. 2. In these regulations "principal regulations" means the Fisheries Regulations 1983. 3. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting the following item 62. Lataniers Made by the Minister on 12 July 2004.
