Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2010 GN No. 73 of 2010 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 24 of 25 March 2010 THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 96(1) and (2)(a) of the Environment Protection Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2010. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Environment Protection Act. 3. The Fifth Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part B (a) by inserting, in item 1, after the words "Asphalt plant", the words ", other than an asphalt plant set up temporarily for the purposes of a project by a public department"; and (b) by inserting, in item 42, after the words "Stone crushing plant", the words ", other than a stone crushing plant set up temporarily for the purposes of a project by a public department".
