Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 GN No. 54 of 2019 Government Gazette of Mauritius No.28 of 23 March 2019 THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 96 of the Environment Protection Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2019. 2. In these regulations — “Act” means the Environment Protection Act. 3. The Fifth Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part B, by deleting item 31 and replacing it by the following item 31. Modification of existing coastline such as beach reprofiling, coastal protection works and removal of basaltic and beach rock, except for urgent rehabilitation works as approved by the Minister after adverse weather conditions. Made by the Minister on 19 March 2019.
