Imac1–irfaan/Govt Notices 2025/Central Water Authority (Dry Season) (Amendment) Reg25 09.05.2025 - 1st Proof SLO 09.05.2025 - 1st Proof MIN LEGAL SUPPLEMENT 295 to the Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 39 of 10 May 2025 Government Notice No. 43 of 2025 THE CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Central Water Board, with the approval of the Minister, under section 49 of the Central Water Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Central Water Authority (Dry Season) (Amendment) Regulations 2025. 2. In these regulations – “principal regulations” means the Central Water Authority (Dry Season) Regulations 2025. 3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by revoking paragraph (a). 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 10 May 2025. Made by the Central Water Board on 9 May 2025 and approved by the Minister on 9 May 2025.
