Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2012. GN No. 123 of 2012 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 63 of 18 June 2012 THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 3 and 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) Regulations 1988. 3. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the following regulation — 12. The maximum retail price at which bread shall be sold — (a) in Mauritius shall be that specified in the fifth column to the Schedule; and (b) in Rodrigues shall be that specified in the sixth column to the Schedule. 4. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule to these regulations. 5. These regulations shall come into operation on 18 June 2012.
