Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2006. GN No. 4 of 2006 THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT 1998 Regulations made by the Minister under sections 3 and 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1998 1. These regulations may be cited as the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 2006. 2. In these regulations "principal regulations" means the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) Regulations 1998. . 3. The Second Schedule of the principal regulations is repealed and replaced by the Schedule to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation as from 7 January 2006. Made by the Minister on 6 January 2006.
