Beau Bassin Rose Hill (Disposal of Refuse) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 GN No. 65 of 2018 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 49 of 2 June 2018 THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2011 Regulations made by the Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill under Sections 50(2)(d), 59, 60, 61 and 163 respectively of the Local Government Act 2011 1. These regulations may be cited as the Beau Bassin Rose Hill (Disposal of Refuse) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. 2. In these regulations: — “Principal Regulation” means the Beau Bassin Rose Hill (Disposal of Refuse) Regulations 2013 published under Government Notice 280 of 2013. 3. The Principal Regulation is amended by deleting the Schedule made under Regulation 16 regarding removing of household refuse, trade refuse, household furniture and replacing same by the amended Schedule as follows:— These regulations shall come into operation at time of its publication. Made by the Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill on 26 February 2018. SCHEDULE [Regulation 16] 1. For the removal of refuse resulting from general cleaning of residential premises/yard: a.
