B 4582 Citation. L.N. 168 of 2002. Amendment of regulation 21 of the principal regulations. L.N. 289 of 2002 ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. XX OF 2001) Waste Management (Landfill) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002 BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 9 of the Environment Protection Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations: 1. The title of these regulations is Waste Management (Landfill) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002, and shall be read and construed as one with the Waste Management (Landfill) Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". 2. In the English text of regulation 21 of the principal regulations, the words from " The observations must be evaluated" to "data on the landfill body" shall be deleted.
