B 1929 B 1929 L.N. 256 of 2021 PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT (CAP. 595) Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency (Amendment) Order, 2021 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 26 of the Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following order: Citation. S.L. 595. 28. 1. The title of this order is the Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency (Amendment) Order, 2021 and this order shall be read and construed as one with the Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency (Establishment) Order, hereinafter referred to as the "principal order". Substitutes article 1 of the principal order. 2. Article 1 of the principal order shall be substituted by the following new article: "1. The title of this order is the Circular Economy Malta (Establishment) Order.". Substitutes article 2 of the principal order. 3. Article 2 of the principal order shall be substituted by the following new article: Amends article 3 of the principal order. 4. In sub-article (1) of article 3 of the principal order, the words "Resource, Recovery and Recycling Agency" shall be substituted by the words "Circular Economy Malta". "2. In this order, unless the context otherwise requires: Cap. 595. "Act" means the Public Administration Act; "Agency" means Circular Economy Malta established by this order; "Agency Agreement" means the Agreement as provided for in article 9; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for the environment; "Permanent Secretary" means the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for the environment.".
