PROHIBITION OF IMPORTATION OF ASBESTOS FIBRES [S.L.37.11 1 SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 37.11 PROHIBITION OF IMPORTATION OF ASBESTOS FIBRES REGULATIONS 27th September, 1994 LEGAL NOTICE 129 of 1994. Title.1. The title of these Regulations is Prohibition of Importation of Asbestos Fibres Regulations. Prohibition of importation of asbestos fibres. 2. It shall not be lawful to import into Malta or to take out of bond any asbestos fibres in loose form.
