B 5270 L.N. 302 of 2004 FOOD SAFETY ACT (CAP. 449) Notice of Repeal of Regulations IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Food Safety Act, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community Care is hereby repealing the following regulations, with effect from the1st June, 2004>– 1. Novel Foods Regulations, 2002 (L.N. 346 of 2002) 2. Contaminants in Food Regulations, 2002 (L.N. 392 of 2002).
