L.N. 104 of 2007 PESTICIDES CONTROL ACT (CAP. 430) Maximum Residue Levels of Pesticides in Produce of Animal Origin (Amenclment) Regulations, 2007 IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations: B 1093 1. ( 1) The title of these regulations is Maximum Residue Title and scope. Levels of Pesticides in Produce of Animal Origin (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read and consttued as one with the Maximum Residue. Levels of Pesticides in Produce. of Animal L.N. 117 of Origin Regulations, 2005, hereinafter referred to as "the principal 2005· regulations". (2) Toe scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Directive 2006/59/EC and Commission Directive 2006/61/EC. 2. Part A of Schedule II of the principal regulations shall be Amends .c- Schedule 11 of amended as 1ollows: the principal (a) for the first, second, third and fourth columns of item 12 thereof, there shall be substituted the following, respectively: "12. Deltametlrrin liver and (cis-deltamethrin) kidney 0,03(*) (*) poultry and poultry products OJ others 0,5 0,05 c*) 'femporaryMRL valid until 1 November 2007, pending review of Annex II dossier under 91/414/EC and the re-registration of deltamethrin fo1IUulations at Member State level. (b) for the first, second, third and fomth columns of item 34 thereof, there shall be substituted the following, respectively: "34. Azinphos-ethyl * 0,01( ) and ( c) immediately after item 60 thereof, there shall be added the following in the first, second, third and fouith regulations. B 1094 columns respectively: "61. Triazophos 62. Fenthion and its oxygen analogue, their sulfoxides and s ulfones expressed as parents 63.
